Skills are markdown context loaded on demand. They are not a giant always-on system prompt.

Built-ins live in packages/skills/. voice.md sets the baseline tone. The rest are task-shaped overlays: task, specs, review, documentation, tools, workflows, browser-testing, version-control, loop, changelog, discover-primitives.

Use arbe skills to list or print them. Read the files directly if you want the real source of truth.
